ASATT BBQ honors the “Golden Rule” We believe in treating others the way we want to be treated.

It is our desire to create a place where EVERYONE can come and feel welcomed. Help us shift the tide of division and start bringing people and community back together. It doesn’t matter who you are, where you come from, or what your current circumstances are; you have a seat at the table HERE!

I decided on the name after I met Jesus On Colfax. ASATT BBQ & JOC have worked together for over 5 years now. Our mission together has changed over the years, but one thing has not changed. We show up and Love our friends. My original plan was to be posted up on E. Colfax near JOC’s building and serve there on a regular basis. Well, God has had different plans, that building did not work out.

I am still working to figure out how ASATT BBQ can have the impact that the original idea sought. I still get to feed our friends on E. Colfax a few times a year. The last few years we get together to smoke a BUNCH of Turkeys for Thanksgiving to share with our friends. We smoked 60 at one time last year (2025),

I believe God created this BBQ adventure and regardless of what he does with, our goal is to honor His Kingdom.

ASATT BBQ’s goal is to provide top notch BBQ with a level of hospitality, that reflects the Love and Grace that God has given me.
